Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Priority will be given to candidates with majors in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Law; candidates with majors in Secretarial Studies, Chinese Language and Literature, or Chinese Language and Literature will be considered secondarily.
3. Preference will be given to candidates holding an intermediate-level (Level 2) or higher Human Resources Management Qualification Certificate; secondarily, we will consider candidates with relevant professional qualifications such as a Labor Relations Coordinator Certificate, a Psychological Counselor Certificate, or a Legal Professional Qualification Certificate.
4. More than three years of relevant work experience;
5. Possesses strong verbal communication, organizational, and coordination skills;
6. Has received training in modern human resource management techniques, labor laws and regulations, and basic financial accounting knowledge;
7. Proficient in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and office software, with strong data processing and analytical skills.
Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary: 4,000–6,000;
Performance-based bonuses, holiday benefits, birthday benefits, seniority-based benefits, paid annual leave, paid sick leave, the five social insurances and one housing fund, weekend two-day weekends, team-building activities, and company health checkups, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently or as part of a team, complete tasks such as familiarizing oneself with cost estimation procedures and quantity takeoff specifications, preparing and reviewing project preliminary and final settlements, and preparing bid quotation lists, etc.;
2. Participate in the preparation and review of construction project, materials, and equipment bidding processes; participate in bid evaluation as well as in drafting and negotiating cost-related clauses in contracts.
4. Based on the project management schedule, be responsible for preparing and completing design changes within the specified timeframe; based on commercial quotations, design drawings, on-site inspections, and market price trends, prepare a cost analysis for the bidding project.
5. Conduct irregular audits of the implementation status of ongoing projects and follow up on and supervise weekly and monthly project reports.
6. Establish the team’s management system and documented procedures; develop and refine the team’s performance evaluation mechanism.
7. Strong sense of responsibility, dedicated work ethic, able to endure hardship and motivated for self-improvement, and capable of complying with the company’s work assignments.
II. Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in cost estimation-related field, with 2-3+ years of work experience;
2. Familiar with relevant national and industry laws, regulations, and management systems; familiar with cost consulting-related business. Prior experience working at a consulting firm or construction company is preferred; candidates holding a Level-2 Cost Engineer (National Cost Engineer) certification are also preferred.
3. Able to independently carry out cost consulting services, master daily work skills such as quantity surveying, pricing, and contract evaluation, be familiar with relevant laws and policies in this field, and have a thorough understanding of construction project procedures, bill of quantities preparation, cost management, and project preliminary and final accounting.
4. Familiar with business types such as residential construction, municipal engineering, and general construction projects; proficient in cost estimation for various specialties including water supply and drainage, HVAC, smart systems, communications, and electrical engineering.
5. Outstanding comprehensive abilities, with strong capabilities in business management and both internal and external coordination. Skilled in communication and able to independently lead a team to carry out tasks effectively.
6. Proficient in using office and engineering measurement & pricing software, and skilled in operating software such as Glodon, Suanwang, Hongye, and Pengye.
III. Salary and Benefits:
1. 5,000–6,000 (base salary + commission. Principle: distribution according to work—more effort, more reward)
2. Five social insurances and one housing fund;
3. Professional title allowance;
