The Trade Union Committee of Sichuan Zeshi Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., democratically elected at its first meeting in April 2020, is a mass organization of the working class voluntarily formed by employees under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Currently, the union has more than 27 registered members. This term’s committee comprises one chairperson; the Finance and Audit Committee is planned to have two members and one chairperson; and the Women Workers’ Committee will have two members and one chairperson.
In the future, under the leadership and guidance of the higher-level trade union and the Party organization within the company, the Zeshi Trade Union will stay true to its core responsibilities, fully leverage the functions of trade union work, earnestly fulfill its duties, actively organize a variety of activities, and rigorously implement the work plans formulated by the hospital’s Party and administrative authorities. We will strive to build the trade union into a genuine “home for employees,” ensuring that employees’ democratic rights are fully respected and protected, creating better working and living conditions for them, and contributing to the sustained, healthy development of the enterprise.
