Party and Mass Work

Ze Shi Party Branch

The Zeshi Party Branch has consistently regarded “igniting the ‘red engine’ of Party building and forging the ‘Zeshi Think Tank’ brand” as the primary task for the Party organization to guide the company’s sound development. It regards “strengthening the work responsibilities of Party member employees” as a crucial approach to uniting and rallying employee morale and leveraging the Party’s core political role, thereby promoting the company’s sustained and rapid growth. The branch has reinforced education and management for Party member employees, established a Party branch activity center, and adhered to systems such as the “Three Meetings and One Class” and themed Party Day activities. Moreover, it has organized a series of Party-building initiatives—including the “I Do Practical Things for the Masses” campaign and red revolutionary tradition education—thus strengthening the principal status of Party member employees and fully harnessing their exemplary and leading roles. As a result, Party building has become more closely integrated with business operations, implemented more effectively, and further promoted the company’s high-level, sustainable development.

The Party branch currently has 9 formal Party members, 4 probationary Party members, and 7 active candidates for Party membership. These members are distributed across various departments of the company, including leadership, business, and administration. They extend their influence from senior management down to frontline business backbones, fully demonstrating exemplary leadership in their respective positions and playing an effective role in promoting the company’s development.
