On June 28, 2024, to fully leverage the leading role of Party building, promote the integration and mutual reinforcement of Party building and business operations, and establish a sound mechanism for communication and interaction in the company’s work, while also jointly celebrating the glorious milestone of the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and looking back on Zeshi Consulting’s 16-year journey of steady progress, the Party branch and trade union of Zeshi Consulting organized all company members to visit the “Two Bombs City” scenic area in Mianyang, Sichuan, for a Party-building activity and a team-building event marking the company’s 16th anniversary.
Introduction to Mianyang Zitong Two-Bomb Town

The “Two Bombs City” scenic area is located at the foot of Changqing Mountain in Zitong County, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province. It was once the former headquarters of the Ninth Academy (China Academy of Engineering Physics), a secret base for China’s nuclear weapons development, and a key strategic hub of the “Third Front Construction.” Covering an area of over 380 mu, the scenic area has a total construction area of approximately 70,000 square meters. To this day, it still preserves more than 90 historic buildings of significant value and distinctive characteristics of their era, including the Academy’s office building, intelligence center, archives, general’s residence, academicians’ villas, and air-raid shelters.
