Mojiang County Education Infrastructure Improvement Project (Phase I)

Project Location: Mojiang County, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province

Project Overview:

Mojiang is located in the southern part of Yunnan Province, east of Simao City. The Tropic of Cancer runs right through the city, earning it the nickname: “Hani’s Hometown, City of Return, Home of Twins,” and “The Place Where the Sun Turns.” To firmly implement the development strategy of “revitalizing the county through science and education and strengthening the county with talent,” and to address the gaps and shortcomings in education in Mojiang County, the consulting team conducted thorough on-site surveys, gained a deep understanding of enterprises’ financing needs, and proposed tailored financing solutions based on the actual conditions of each project. This approach helps overcome the difficulties and pain points encountered during project implementation. After the projects are completed, they will comprehensively promote balanced educational development, fundamentally enhancing the local population’s capacity for self-development and the region’s ability for sustainable development, thereby continuously solidifying the foundation for rural revitalization.

The project is financed by a policy bank. 130 million yuan in medium- and long-term loan funding support over 20 years.
