Project Location: Shuangjiang County, Lincang City, Yunnan Province

Project Overview:

Shuangjiang is the nation’s only autonomous county inhabited by the Lahu, Wa, Bulang, and Dai ethnic groups. The Lancang River and the Xiaohei River converge and merge here, while the Tropic of Cancer runs right through the county. With a warm climate and abundant sunshine, its grasses remain green even in winter, and its flowers bloom not just in spring but throughout the year. It is thus renowned as... “The place where the sun turns,” “a green pearl on the Tropic of Cancer.” It has been successively recognized as a “Demonstration County for Agricultural Product Quality and Safety in Yunnan Province” and a “Pilot Demonstration County” under Yunnan Province’s 14th Five-Year Plan for Modernization of Agriculture and Rural Areas.

The consulting team conducted thorough on-site surveys and collected foundational data. Combining this information with the project’s implementation status, they innovated their approach and scientifically and rationally developed the project’s financing plan. Upon completion, the project will play a crucial role in improving the supporting infrastructure of agricultural industrial parks, promoting the healthy development of industries within these parks, and comprehensively driving rural revitalization.

The project is financed by a policy bank. 220 million yuan in medium- and long-term loan funding support over 18 years.
