The project’s construction scope covers the comprehensive upgrading and improvement of urban and rural water supply facilities within Lingchuan County, including key projects such as upgrading and retrofitting water treatment plants, maintaining and upgrading pipeline networks, optimizing regional water systems, and reinforcing and strengthening reservoirs to eliminate potential hazards. The project will also promote coordinated management of water resources, water environment, and aquatic ecosystems.
