　　IV. Loan Approval: In August 2020, the project received loan approval from the Yunnan Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China for an amount of 1 billion yuan. The loan has a term of 15 years, with a construction period of 3 years.

　　V. Project Overview: This project primarily involves the reconstruction and expansion of Provincial Highway S209, which has a total length of 170.613 km, with a main route measuring 141.579 km. According to the road construction funding plan, the project will be implemented in segments and sub-projects. Among these, the “Level-III road sections” (whose primary function is to connect local counties, towns, villages, remote suburbs, or functional zones) will span 70.23 km.
