　　IV. Loan Approval: In December 2020, the project received loan approval from a policy bank for an amount of 700 million yuan, with a term of 14 years (including a construction period of 2 years).

　　V. Project Overview: This project is part of the post-relocation industrial support program for poverty alleviation through relocation in Xinping County. The Guan Sheng Miao area relocation resettlement zone, which was recognized as a model resettlement area in the "Notice on Typical Cases of Relocation-Based Poverty Alleviation during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period" issued by the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission, directly benefits from this project. The implementation of this project will help address the shortcomings of Jiasa Town in terms of tourism attractions.
