　　IV. Loan Approval: In September 2020, the project received approval from a policy bank for a medium- and long-term loan of RMB 1 billion for modern agricultural parks, with a term of 15 years (including a construction period of 3 years).

Project Overview: This project adopts a reverse leasing model, with the Municipal State Investment Corporation serving as the integrated entity responsible for investment, financing, and construction of the project. The implementation of this project will improve medical conditions within the agricultural science and technology park, promote balanced development of medical resources, enhance the level of public services in the agricultural science and technology park area, strengthen farmers’ capacity for self-development, and boost the region’s overall development potential.
