This project will implement the first-phase construction of the Ning'er-Nake Li Tea Horse Ancient Road Town under a self-operated model, developing distinctive and advantageous tourism resources, promoting the development of all-area tourism in Ning'er County, boosting rural tourism, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, and accelerating the poverty alleviation and wealth creation of impoverished communities.

　　IV. Loan Approval: In October 2020, we received approval from a policy bank for a medium- and long-term tourism poverty alleviation loan totaling 350 million yuan, with a term of 14 years (including a 3-year construction period).
