Case Study
Centered on Chengdu International Railway Port—the intersection of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Yangtze River Economic Belt—the project leverages the locational advantages of Chengdu as the departure point for China-Europe freight trains. Guided by the principle that “funds follow the projects,” the project has meticulously crafted a financing plan through the “Import-Export Goods Exhibition and Trading Center Project and Supporting Infrastructure,” with a total investment of 3.49 billion yuan. The project’s feasibility study was completed to a high standard, securing a syndicated loan totaling 2.23 billion yuan (1.38 billion yuan from the Agricultural Development Bank of China and 0.85 billion yuan from the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China). This loan addresses the weaknesses and shortcomings of Chengdu International Railway Port, making it a flagship project that promotes the integrated development of industry and urban areas, boosts import and export trade, and makes a positive contribution to economic recovery in the post-pandemic era and to the advancement of the “Belt and Road” international supply chain economy.
Pengxi Town Village Integrated Water Supply Project
After the project is completed, it will have positive implications for water body protection in Pengxi County, the scientific and rational allocation of water resources, and the integrated development of water supply systems for towns and villages.
Chuan Dongbei Science and Technology Innovation Training Base Construction Project
The implementation of this project will enhance the educational and teaching standards in Nanchong City, comprehensively improve the schools’ teaching infrastructure, provide excellent hardware conditions for elevating the quality of education and teaching, strengthen the self-development capabilities of impoverished populations, promote sustainable economic development in the region, and fundamentally address poverty in the area.
