Dean and Professor at the Institute of Government and Social Credit of the Central University of Finance and Economics, PhD in Economics, Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Fiscal Science of the Ministry of Finance, and a candidate for the Ministry of Education’s “New Century Talents Support Program,” he previously served as Secretary-General of the Alumni Association of the Central University of Finance and Economics, Secretary-General of the Central University of Finance and Economics Education Foundation, and doctoral supervisor. In recent years, he has led, participated in, and is currently working on more than 40 research projects funded by various sources, including the National Social Science Fund, the National Natural Science Fund, the World Bank, the China Development Research Foundation, and the Ministry of Finance. He has published over 10 books and textbooks, and has authored more than 50 papers in journals such as “Finance & Trade Economics,” “Fiscal Research,” “Taxation Research,” and “Chinese Public Administration.” Several of his papers have been fully reprinted in the Reproduction Materials of Renmin University of China.
