Wang Ning, male, Han ethnicity, holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Planning from Northeastern University. He currently serves as Chief Planner and Senior Urban Planner. With nearly two decades of experience in fixed-asset investment consulting, he has specialized in engineering consulting, industrial planning, and investment-and-financing analysis. He has received second- and third-place awards six times from the Beijing Engineering Consulting Association, the China Engineering Consulting Association, and the China Science and Technology Consulting Association. He has published nearly one hundred academic articles. As a registered expert on the database, he has provided services to the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, as well as development and reform commissions and cultural asset management committees in numerous provinces and cities.
