Wu Haoda

Wu Haoda is a senior economist and an expert on the Municipal Engineering Professional Committee of the China Engineering Consulting Association. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Fine Chemical Engineering from Beijing University of Technology. He has been working in the engineering consulting industry for over two decades and has been deeply involved in the full-process management of engineering consulting projects.

As an expert in the field of engineering consulting, I am well-versed in industrial policies and specialize in public construction projects such as municipal landscaping, municipal roads, school libraries, and building materials. I am highly proficient in preparing and evaluating feasibility studies, funding application reports, and energy-saving assessment reports. I have participated in numerous engineering consulting projects, including the municipal road project along Route 61 in Fangshan District and the Million-Mu Plain Afforestation Initiative, providing professional support to ensure these projects are successfully implemented. Leveraging my solid professional expertise, I have received multiple industry awards: the “Research Report on the Development of Limestone Industry by Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group” was awarded the Second Prize for Outstanding Engineering Consulting Achievements in Beijing for 2014; and the “Energy-Saving Assessment Report for Yili Sand Materials Technology Environmental Protection Building Project” and other similar reports were honored with the Third Prize in 2013—each achievement underscoring my professional competence. I serve as a member of the Metro Professional Committee of the China Engineering Consulting Association and actively contribute my industry insights and expertise. I have published papers such as “A Preliminary Analysis of the Causes and Countermeasures for Budget Overruns During the Consulting and Design Phase of Government Investment Projects,” enriching both the theory and practice of engineering consulting. With my deep professional experience and passionate commitment to the industry, I continue to drive the development of the engineering consulting sector.
